Platt Hill Nursery Perennials
Perennials offer convenience to the busy homeowner with flowers that come back easily year after year. Perennial plants offer beauty as well as attract beneficial pollinators such as bees, butterflies, and even hummingbirds. Platt Hill Nursery offers milkweed and butterfly weed which attract Monarchs and other butterflies.
Some of the perennial favorites for shady areas include hostas, ferns, astilbes and coral bells. Some of our sunny favorites include daisies, iris, peonies, coneflowers, and daylilies.

Adobe Orange Coneflower
Glowing, orange flowers with copper cones, produced on strong, well branched stems; attracts pollinators and feeds the birds in winter; use in naturalized areas with other native plants.
Little Goldstar Coneflower
Rudbeckia fulgida ‘Little Goldstar’
This perennial has masses of beautiful gold daisy flowers with dark brown eyes at the ends of the stems from mid summer to early fall, which are most effective when planted in groupings. The flowers are excellent for cutting.

Masses of beautiful spikes of royal blue flowers rising above the foliage from early to mid summer, which are most effective when planted in groupings. The flowers are excellent for cutting.
Starry Starry Night Hibiscus
Hibiscus ‘Starry Starry Night’
Stunning pale pink and white flowers with darker pink veining, contrasting near black, glossy foliage with a dark plum cast; ideal for the mixed garden border or in mass plantings; beware of Japanese Beetles; do not allow to dry to wilting point.
