Landscape Design

April 7th – 10 a.m.

Our landscaping seminar will cover the basics of landscape design. Site conditions and location, plant selection and placement, soil amendments when planting, trouble shooting during the project, as well as plant maintenance are among the topics that we will discuss.

Container Organic Vegetable Gardening

April 21st – 10 a.m.

Our seminar will cover the basics of organic container gardening with vegetables. Plant and container selection, soil amendments, fertilization, as well as trouble shooting will be discussed.

Platt Hill Nursery’s Favorite Perennials

June 9th – 10 a.m.

Our seminar will include sharing some of our staff’s favorite perennials. Plant traits and characteristics, site conditions and placement, soil amendments when planting, trouble shooting, as well as perennial maintenance are among the topics we will be discussing.
